Terrorists attack!
Through the combined efforts of various domestic terrorist organizations,  the South Modoc Conference Center has been seized.  
Several employees have been taken hostage, and are being held in the upper rooms of the building.

Counter Terrorists:  
You are to put an end to this situation, evacuate the hostages to safety, and if necessary, neutralize all hostiles.

Terrorists: 
The hostages are now yours, with them no ransom is too big. Guard them with your lives, or rush to catch
the local authorities off guard. Whatever the choice, do not let the hostages escape.
